I ordered Bollsen earplugs some time ago without the measuring service and was disappointed they did not live up to the reviews. I contacted customer service and they recommend the measuring service. The earplugs were promptly replaced and my new set have been working exceptionally well. I have tried many ear plugs to help me sleep with a snoring partner and these are by far the best. Well worth the investment for a good night's sleep. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Es muy buena porque conseguisteis que se adapte bien al oído sin hacerme daño.

Les bouchons sont bien ajustés. Avec, je n'entends plus le ronron du frigo ni le bruit des pattes du chien du voisin du dessus claquer sur le Lino, ni les battements de queue de l'animal sur le sol quand il veut sortir la nuit ou dès que son maître s'agite !

Cannot rate these guys highly enough! The plugs are great and the team assisted brilliantly with a size/fitting issue. Very pleased and highly recommended!

Merci de m'avoir permis de trouver des bouchons d'oreille sur mesure. Je dors côté rue, fenêtre ouverte, sans plus aucun problème !

I originally bought the Sound Pro earplugs which weren't quite the correct size for me. I contacted customer services and I used the AR KI TECH service to get new earplugs and they are great.
I wish it was clearer on the website about how AR KI TECH worked as it was a bit difficult to figure out. A more detailed description BEFORE I purchase the service would have been helpful.
I also wish I don't get so many advertising e-mails from you.
However, I would return to buy more products when I need them. Thank you.

Désormais mes Bolsen ne me font plus mal quand je dors sur le côté, et elles restentgg toujours aussi efficaces !
